Rates

One Bedroom Cabins

Two or more nights:
$129/night (April 1-October 31) 

$179/night (November 1-March 31)

Single night:
$149/night (April 1-October 31)

Stay seven consecutive nights in a one-bedroom cabin, and receive one night free!**
Our one bedroom rate includes up to two guests. You may add up to two additional guests to a one bedroom reservation for $15. Each additional guest (beyond four) is $25.

**Please call our office for Holiday Rates during (December 20-January 5).

 

**Seventh Night Free does not apply to reservations made during Holiday and Peak Times.

General Policies:

Kids 10 and under stay free. Prices do not include taxes.

For safety reasons, we do not allow more than six people per 1 bedroom cabin and eight people per 2 bedroom cabin. Please contact us to inquire about group rates.

No Smoking, No Pets: For the comfort of all guests, all cabins are smoke and pet free. Any violation will result in a minimum $200 cleaning fee.

For reservations of just one night, we require a deposit for the full night’s stay (if your reservation is made online, you will need to pay the total balance).  

 

For reservations of 2 or more nights, we charge 50% as a deposit at the time of reservation if you reserve 15 or more days in advance.  The full amount is due at reservation for reservations made 14 or fewer days in advance.  A credit card and valid government-issued ID are required at check-in.

 

The balance of the reservation (if any) is due at check-in.

No refunds will be given if you decide to stay for fewer days than you reserve or leave earlier than your check-out date.

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX.

Cancellation Policy:

We require 15 days notice of cancellation for a refund of your deposit, less a $75 administration fee ($150 administration fee during holidays and peak times**) per cabin. Due to nature of our property internet can be unreliable. In order to cancel a reservation you must call our office at 877-777-4740.   To help keep costs low, any refunds will be paid by check mailed to the account holder within 7 to 10 business days of the cancellation notice.

**Holidays and Peak Times are: March 7-28, May 23-31, June 15-July 11, September 1-7  and December 15-January 15
